Esri Allbritten is the author of Chihuahua of the Baskervilles, The Portrait of Doreene Gray, and the upcoming Critter from the Black Lagoon. These books are the Tripping Magazine mystery series, which falls somewhere between Agatha Christie and Carl Hiaasen (granted, that’s a lot of territory). In addition to sushi, bowling and marimba, Esri enjoys discovering quirky, real-life towns and wreaking fictional havoc in them. Esri lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, Angel Joe, her cat, Musette La Plume, and her Chihuahua, Josie O.
